I envision a world in which all communities have an equal voice in public policy through leadership cultivation, economic empowerment, and civic engagement. My mission is to advance the community by developing leaders, informing policy, and educating the public.
I am a simple man from Texas, married with 3 kids, my forefathers participated in the civil war. I attended Texas Southern University. I am currently the President CEO of Visionary Outreach Inc. I am a former congressional candidate. I’m a former NAACP Branch President and currently serve on the Texas State NAACP Criminal Justice Committee. I have testified over twenty times in 2021 Texas Legislative session about voting rights, women’s rights, CPS, George Floyd Act.
